Beach location with 4 cosy Studio rooms. All are identical Studios and are fully self contained with all linen/towels and cooking facilities/utensils provided. Free BBQ area also provided. Walking distance to shops and restaurants with the beach directly across the road. Walking track across the road that leads to Dromana Pier. Located on the Mornington Peninsula where there are many Wineries, quality Golf Courses, National Parks all within 20-30 minutes. Sorrento/Queenscliff Ferry terminal is 25 minutes and Portsea National Park approximately 30 minutes by car.
