Hotel A Palleira

The Hotel A Palleira is situated in the old Grandfather Felisando farmhouse and is made up of two traditional stone houses , his farmhouse and an adjoining barn, which is today a hotel. Both buildings were originally two barns and renovated in 1922 into a house (the oldest of the two) and the other, registered in the local town hall in 1890, was restored in 2004, making it into the hotel. The restoration aimed to preserve the traditional urban style of the area with the comforts of modern day living indoors. The Hotel A Palleira is located in the Outeiro de Orraca hamlet, in the municipality of Allariz, well away from the noise and in a typical rural setting, close to the village, 2 km away, with easy access and next to the A-52 motorway (Allariz exit), hidden and integrated into the surrounding natural environment.
