A family run Bed and Breakfast set on a working farm in the Lake District National Park. Easy access for all the attractions the area has to offer and just 15 minuets from the M6. We aim to offer you a comfy stay, providing you with a hearty breakfast from locally produced ingredients where possible. We are a short drive from the market town of Kendal, here you will find everything a small town has to offer. Bowness and Windermere are also within a short drive away. Bowness has everything for the Lake District visitor, from tranquil tours on Lake Windermere to an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants surrounded by glorious views. We are situated in Underbarrow village and look out onto open fields and views across the Lyth Valley. Your own transport would be needed, be it car, bike or your own choice of getting about. There are some lovely pubs very close by offering a variety of home cooked dishes and come highly recommended.
