Kvitåvatn Fjellstue

Kvitåvatn Fjellstue is located at lake Kvitåvatn and has views of Guatatoppen. It offers a shared kitchen, a sauna and a garden with a playground. WiFi is free throughout the property. Kvitåvatn Fjellstue’s rooms have wooden décor and an armchair or seating area. Toilets and showers are either private or shared. Breakfast and lunch packs can be ordered year round upon request. Dinner can be ordered from late June until mid-October. In the summer, guests can enjoy a game of frisbee golf, rent a kayak or a canoe and fish on Lake Kvitávatn. Other facilities include a terrace and a BBQ area. In the winter, on-site rental of ski equipment is available along with ski storage and a preparation room. Cross-country skiing tracks are found in the surroundings, and down hill skiing is possible just 656 feet from the Fjellstue. Gaustatoppen, southern Norway’s highest mountain, is 3.1 mi from Kvitåvatn Fjellstue. Rjukan is within 20 minutes’ drive.

Breakfast: 08:00-09:30 Dinner: 18:00-19:30 Dinner service is not available from Easter until end of June, and from mid-October until Christmas. Contact the property for further details.
