THE PROPERTY The perfect combination of a large, comfortable, old countryside-style house, in a highly convenient location. Only 300 meters away from one of Lima's main avenues, Avenida Javier Prado, and only a couple of blocks away from Jockey Plaza Mall, Peru's largest shopping center and only 15 minutes away from San Isidro and Miraflores - tourist heart of Lima. Supermarkets, banks, cinemas, restaurants, and a few bars are all walking distance. Yet our place is extremely quiet and peaceful! (As one of our guests described it: "A beautiful oasis in the middle of a metropolitan area. "Our property is surrounded by a beautiful garden (1 acre land), a swimming pool with two hammocks right next to it, and a BBQ area. A lovely Living room, WI Fi access throughout the entire house, Parking space, Laundry Area, Swimming Pool, and awesome garden views to enjoy!! THE ROOMS...All of our rooms includes a private bathroom. It has one queen size bed. An extra bed could be added in some rooms in case it's needed. All our rooms include WI FI, cable TV, an awesome breakfast, fresh linens, blankets, pillows, and towels would be provided as well. HOW TO MOVE AROUND you can catch a taxi cab in less than 5 minutes over the internet or call by phone to come and pick you up from home. You can also contact our taxi partner, he would take very well care of you, and you can also hire him by the hour: He can take you around Lima Centro, for instance. THE HOSTS...Very friendly and open minded people! Well-traveled, respectful, and laid back... Who appreciate respect and consideration from others, and specially a good vibe! :) THE GUESTS...As long as you are an honest, good vibes, clean, and a respectful person... We are all good! :)
