The family-friendly hotel is located in the centre of Venice near San Marco Square, on one of the city's most famous and elegant streets. Formerly the property of the Marchesi Family from 1866 and the winter residence of the great-grandparents of the current owners, the building was transformed into a hotel in 1963. Facilities available to guests at the 28-room city hotel include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with shower, bathtub and complimentary toiletries. A double or king-size bed and air conditioning/central heating also come as standard. Other in-room amenities include satellite TV, a fridge/minibar and a safe. A continental breakfast is served each morning.
