This 4 bedroom Villa is situated on the very popular Westridge Resort, on the US 27 road and is within convenient reach of all the main attractions. You enter through double doors & into the air conditioned, fully furnished, open plan living & dining area, with a view of the pool & spa area. There is plenty of seating & tables and large patio doors leading to the pool area. There is cable TV in the family area and master bedroom. The kitchen contains fridge/freezer, oven/hob, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, iron & board, cutlery & crockery, also the adjoining utility room features washer / dryer. For your enjoyment there is a games room with a pool table and air hockey. There is also a small office area with a desk, computer and free wi-fi. Master bedroom features a king size bed & has double doors overlooking the patio & pool area. The En Suite bathroom includes round bath, separate shower, 2 basins & WC. Towels are provided. The second bedroom features a bed with large wardrobe with the separate bathroom containing shower cubicle. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are identically equipped with twin beds and share an adjoining bathroom which features bath with built in shower, sink & WC. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Key collection for the Villa Thomas is direct at the villa. The door operates via an electronic lock. To open the door press the Key Code numbers on the door pad, a green light will come on. You need to turn both handles to enter.
