The hotel is located at Peñas Blancas in the town of San Miguel de Arro. It is just a few miles from Gijón and Villaviciosa. Built in 2010, the apartment hotel is surrounded by gardens with stunning views over the coastal plateau. It consists of 9 exquisitely decorated homes, and facilities at this air-conditioned holiday village include a lobby, TV lounge, café, restaurant, Internet access, bicycle hire and a laundry service. A social room with a library and fireplace is also available to guests. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel car park. All rooms are en suite with a bath and hairdryer. Amenities include a double or king-size bed, TV, Internet access and a washing machine. The kitchenette has a fridge, cooker, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. Individually regulated air conditioning/heating and a balcony or terrace feature as standard. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers.
