The appearance of this new structure takes inspiration from the typical old farmer courts. At the present it includes spacious two- and three-rooms flats, composed by big rooms, bathroom, and fully furnished kitchen. Every flat has satellite TV, independent air conditioning and heating. Each accommodation has a private porch, overlooking the central court and the luxury swimming pool with jacuzzi and chromoterapy at night. In the court a green playground equipped for children is available near a little woody park. The structure offers, as well, a large covered parking, a small laundry and bikes-hire are available free.
