Please be aware that an “open-ended strike” is taking place at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, with no specified end date. This is not only affecting hotels in San Francisco (including the Hilton Union Square) but also several chain hotels in other cities. The hotel would like to reassure guests that they have the following services available: Breakfast Buffet – served daily in Poached Restaurant, Herb n Kitchen Marketplace (Grab and Go) and The Cityscape Skybar on the 46th Floor, which now closes at 10pm. They have management and additional task force (other Hilton Hotel staff) in place helping to assist their valued guests. Please note that Housekeeping service has been revised to “replenishment upon request only” (Towels, Coffee/Tea, bathroom amenities). They will assign the guestrooms away from the front entrance which could be impacted by outdoor noise.
