Please note that the hotel entrance is on Haberstraße next to the T-Punkt shop, not at the postal address of Hertzstraße 12. The front desk is open from 8 am until 4 pm from Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, it is open from 9 am until 12 pm. Guests planning to arrive after 4 pm on a weekday or after 12 pm on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday should inform the hotel in advance.
