Pühajärve Spa offers rooms and suites with balcony and floor heating in the bathrooms. The spa area features a big pool, a gym, and a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. A bowling alley with 4 lanes is available. There is a restaurant, a bar, and a cafe. The restaurant uses organic vegetables and other healthy products. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge in public areas. The guarded parking lot can be used free of charge. Pühajärve Spa & Holiday Resort was awarded the Green Key in 2009 for its environmentally friendly policies.
