At 南伊豆ランドホピア Minami Izu Land Hopia, guests can rent out an entire wooden lodge. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Private open-air baths can be reserved for a fee. Rock bath available during peak season. The outdoor terrace has a covered BBQ area. JR Izukyushimoda Train Station is a 1-hour public bus ride away. The nearest bus stop is Icchoda. The lodge comes with a private bathroom. Guests can sleep on futons on wooden floors, and each lodge has a washing machine (some are shared). The kitchen comes with a microwave, a stove and a fridge. Irozaki is a 35-minute drive from Minamiizu Hopia Land, while Monkey Park is a 15-minute drive away.

Guests are required to pay a 30% nonrefundable deposit when making a reservation via bank transfer. The remaining costs will be charged at least 3 days before the check-in date and is nonrefundable. The hotel will contact the guest directly for the bank transfer procedure. At time of booking, you must inform the property in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the property. Guests who wish to use the barbecue facilities must contact the hotel by 18:00 on the day of check-in. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
